1. Can you make Glasses according to my Prescription?

We are Professional Eyeglasses Supplier, we cooperate with a lots of Frames and Lenses Factories and we can customize every types Lenses according to buyer’s requirements.

2. What’s information do i need to provide?

We need Right and Left eye SPH, Cylinder, Axis, ADD & PD. (some people don’t have cylinder, axis or add, then only need provide SPH and PD).

Please check there is PD on your recipe or not, if not, then please measure it. Women standard PD is 62 mm( normally 58 -65 mm ), Men standard PD is 64 mm (normally 60-70 mm ), please ask your family measure for you, and you look distance when measuring. Try 3 times and see the average value.

Frame + Lenses = Total Cost, Lenses cutting and assembling is free charge. Lenses cost will be depend on the prescription. Our website lenses price is for 1 pair (2 pieces)

5. How can I select Lenses as per my Prescription?

Please provide your prescription, we will give you best advice according with your Frame and Prescription.

6. Can i buy Lenses only?

7. When will you ship the ready Glasses?

We will ship it within about 2-3 working days for normal prescription glasses.

For the special prescription lenses ( For Example: High Cylinder, SPH or CYL 0.25, Progressive Lenses, Prism lenses , Tint Lenses, Bifocal Lenses, Glass Material Lenses, Special Curve or Big Diameter Lenses....) it takes about 4 - 10 working days to customize.

8. Quality Guarantee.

We will test every glasses prescription before shipping to make sure every glasses will be perfect.

Please contact us when you feel glasses wrong, we will check it at our side , if we didn't find any problem at our side, then please go to test the glasses in your optical shop and find the problem. we will refund you or make new glasses for you when you find the exactly problem.

Some buyers maybe don't feel well if they didn't use progressive lenses before, it will take about 7 days to adapt it.
